How much is shipping?

Shipping prices vary dependant on the model and brand. Please feel free to contact us if you would like a specific quote for delivery.

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately we only offer shipping to Mainland UK at the moment.

Can I collect my item from your store?

Of course! if you would like to collect your item from our store simply choose the ‘click and collect’ option at checkout.

Can I come and view a stove I like?

Absolutely. Our showroom houses our most popular models and we are open five days a week. With current Covid measures in place we are only permitting one customer group in the showroom at any one point however. 

How long does an installation take?

Installation times can vary depending on how much preparation and installation is required. This is why we always carry out a site survey prior to installation to ensure we quote appropriately.
